Zuke Sticks


Feast your eyes on some zucchini sticks – slices of par-boiled zucchini coated with a cheesy-bread crumb mixture.

Boil the zucchini for about 3-4 minutes, then coat each stick and bake until they turn crunchy. I was impatient, so I broiled mine for a bit after baking – definitely sped things up.

  2. yum!I wouldn’t have thought to par boil these. And I also would have gotten really impatient. I don’t like waiting for my food!
